Please read these terms carefully before submitting your booking and deposit payment.
A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been paid and your details have been submitted in full. The current booking deposit is £200 per person.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the instalment plan provided to you. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on supplier and airline terms. Any refund decisions are subject to third-party charges and administrative costs already incurred.
You are responsible for ensuring your passport, visa eligibility, and required travel documents are valid for your full journey. We are not liable for losses caused by incomplete or invalid documentation.
Airlines, hotels, and transport providers may make schedule or service changes outside our control. We will inform you promptly and provide suitable alternatives where possible.
We act as an organiser and agent for travel services. Our liability is limited to the value of services booked with us, except where law states otherwise. Travel with Taqwa provides facilitation, guidance, and educational programming only. All travel services including flights, accommodation, and transportation are booked with third-party suppliers. Travel with Taqwa is not a travel agent or tour operator and does not sell package holidays.
